I started my career creating brands, campaigns, and stories. Over time, I became just as interested in what sat behind the work, from the products and experiences themselves to the decisions shaping them in the first place.

Since then, my work has taken me across product design, customer experience, and innovation, helping organisations turn ideas into things people can actually use. I enjoy moving between ambiguity and execution, whether that’s shaping a customer journey, designing a product, or building the story around it.

Having worked across Singapore, London, and Dubai, I tend to gravitate towards multidisciplinary teams where defining the opportunity is just as important as designing the solution.
